How Puneet Madhogaria Is Building LetsPost for Indian Fashion Brands

The founder of Ambika Fashion is using his experience of photography costs, unsold stock and everyday marketing demands to shape an AI content platform.

Puneet Madhogaria knows how much work sits between a garment being ready and a customer seeing it. At Ambika Fashion, his Kolkata bridalwear business, fresh collections brought a recurring demand for photography and marketing. Producing the garments was one task; finding the time and budget to present every item well was another.

That experience now informs LetsPost.ai, the AI-powered content creation platform he founded to help brands create product visuals and marketing material. Its intended customers include boutiques, fashion retailers and manufacturers, jewellery businesses, direct-to-consumer brands and agencies handling multiple clients.

The business grew from an experiment within Ambika Fashion. Puneet built the first version for his own requirements, then developed it for others after seeing the content help market his products. He incorporated LetsPost.ai Private Limited in 2026.

A Founder Who Understands the Marketing Workload

Puneet has spent more than 15 years in fashion. Ambika Fashion, the luxury bridal label he founded on Park Street, wholesales sarees and lehengas to retailers and boutiques across India. Its operations gave him a close view of inventory, customer expectations and the cost of creating fresh visual material.

Two concerns kept returning: slow-moving stock and the expense of product photography. He believed some inventory was receiving too little marketing attention because the business could not keep arranging shoots and producing content for every item.

For smaller brands, the issue can be difficult to separate from daily operations. Owners have customers to attend to, orders to manage and products to prepare. Puneet wanted to build a tool around that working reality, with his own business serving as the first place to test it.

That starting point matters to the design of a business tool. A fashion owner is unlikely to judge content creation as an isolated creative exercise. The work has to fit around changing stock, customer enquiries and the need for fresh material. Puneet’s experience gives him a close understanding of those competing demands and a reason to keep returning to them.

It also explains why the platform’s story includes slow-moving inventory. A collection contains more than the few products a business has time to promote repeatedly. Puneet wants content creation to become manageable enough for owners to give a wider range of items proper attention, including products that have been harder to bring into their marketing.

What LetsPost Is Designed to Do

LetsPost.ai uses a product photograph as a starting point for creating visuals and ready-to-post marketing content. Puneet’s aim is to reduce the repeated effort involved in presenting products, including items that have received little attention or remained in stock.

The platform’s website describes a six-stage workflow: developing an idea, generating options, editing, applying brand assets, scheduling and publishing. It also lists a Brand Kit for storing logos, colours and fonts, alongside templates, a gallery and export tools.

For a brand owner, those stages form part of the same job. A visual must be prepared, made consistent with the business’s identity and put in front of an audience. Puneet sees an opportunity to bring more of that work into a single process.

The purpose is to make content preparation more manageable for teams with limited resources. His focus on slow-moving stock gives the proposition a particular direction: helping a business work with more of the products it already has.

Bringing those stages together changes the way the task can be considered. Generating an image addresses one requirement; maintaining a recognisable brand and deciding what to publish next involve others. Puneet’s stated direction is to make the surrounding work part of the same proposition, so that the owner is thinking about a usable piece of marketing rather than an unfinished visual.

For an agency, the appeal he identifies lies in supporting work across multiple brands. For a smaller business, it may be the ability to prepare content without a dedicated marketing team. The common thread is the need to repeat the work consistently. A tool has to fit the people, products and routines already inside the business.

Why Indian Fashion Shapes the Product

Puneet’s industry experience influences the standards he sets for an output. In Indian bridalwear, details such as colour, embroidery, motifs and jewellery are part of what a buyer is choosing. An image can be visually appealing and still be unsuitable if it changes them.

He identifies faithful reproduction of those details as one of the technical challenges the team encountered. He says rigorous checks were introduced to review outputs before they reached customers.

Testing inside Ambika Fashion gave him a direct way to assess the results. He could compare an image with the garment and consider whether it would communicate the product properly to a retailer or buyer. That perspective remains central to how he describes LetsPost.ai’s development.

The distinction is particularly relevant when a product’s appeal rests on details that an image could easily change. A motif, the placement of embroidery or a specific shade may be central to a buyer’s choice. Puneet’s attention to those features comes from the responsibility of presenting garments for sale, where the image and the item need to correspond.

His submission describes testing the platform inside a working fashion business before opening it to others. That gave the early development a focused use case. It also established a continuing question for the product: can the output help communicate this particular item, with the details that make it recognisable, in a form the business can use?

Making Consistent Content More Accessible

Affordability is part of the audience Puneet wants to serve. His submission identifies Indian micro, small and medium enterprises that struggle to fund regular photoshoots or agency support, alongside owners who lack the time or skills to post consistently.

The intended use varies by business. A boutique may need material for new arrivals. A manufacturer may have a wider collection to present. An agency may need to prepare content across several brands. Puneet brings these requirements together around the practical task of keeping products visible.

His wider mission is to help traditional businesses adopt AI in ways they can use in their daily work. LetsPost.ai is his attempt to apply that ambition to a task he understands closely: creating the material a business needs to market what it sells.

Accessibility, in this context, includes the time an owner needs to spend on the task. Puneet identifies limited skills and inconsistent posting alongside the cost of photography. His intended audience therefore includes people who need help making content a repeatable part of operations, rather than another project that competes with everything else they must do.

Building Beyond the First Use Case

Developing the platform has required Puneet to learn a new industry while running an established venture. He describes taking a hands-on approach through AI development platforms, testing features within Ambika Fashion and building stronger systems to support both businesses.

His plans for LetsPost.ai include AI video and reels, partnerships with agencies and resellers, and expansion to more fashion and lifestyle brands across India. A stronger leadership team is part of that plan, with other markets a longer-term possibility.

Expanding into video would add another format to the work he wants brands to manage. Agency and reseller relationships could provide another route to those businesses. Both are plans he sets out for the coming years.

They build on the original objective of making regular product marketing more accessible to owners facing the constraints he experienced himself.

The connection to Ambika Fashion gives those plans a useful reference point. As the platform develops, Puneet can return to the demands that prompted it: costly shoots, products waiting for attention and owners trying to fit marketing around the rest of the business.

For him, building LetsPost.ai means taking that experience beyond a single company. The next stage is to make the solution useful to other owners who recognise the same problem in their own working day.
